Anne is still teaching me.....

I'm grateful for the chance to express my deep appreciation for Anne Brown, who had an amazing gift of soulful wisdom and a heart that seemed to gather you up and hold you close with just a phrase or a glance.

I've learned so much from Anne. So much about love and hope and embodying Solution Skills--really living the skills, moment by moment.

I felt painfully shocked and empty with the news of her passing, but now, almost two weeks later, I realize she is still with me -- her laughter, her warmth, her wise and gentle soulfulness. I am still learning from Anne, and it fills me with great joy to have the memory of her presence, to have her, in my life.

At times I struggle to face the essential pain of losing Anne. But I cherish feeling the earned reward---the deep connection, the gratitude I feel for Anne and our entire community.
